Objective :   Measuring 24 channel vibration signals simultaneously by trig signal, and recording all of the signal data into database. User can read back and analyze the data by different customized analysis functions.
     
Story : This customer needs an on-site system to monitor 24 channel vibration signals by oscilloscope. Once any one of the channels detects the vibration, it needs to generate the trigger signal to notify all of the other oscilloscopes to start record data at the same time. However, the commercial oscilloscope can not support and generate the trigger signal for 24 channels. To develop this kind of customized system is very expensive and time consuming.

We use FPGA and real-time system to monitor the sensors and generate the trigger signal immediately to the oscilloscopes. It helps our customer lower the cost to 1/4 of the original cost and shorten the developing period from 8 month to 1 month. By using the NI PXI 5105 Scope board, PXI controller, and PXI chassis we shrink the whole system size become 1/10 of the original design.
